Assistall · WhatsApp assistant for clinics

Every patient answered.
The doctor decides the rest.

Assistall replies on your clinic's WhatsApp in about a second. It books, reschedules and reminds, in English, Urdu and Roman Urdu, and sends anything medical straight to the doctor.

A day at the clinic

What it handles while you see patients.

A typical day on one clinic's number. Routine messages are answered on the spot. Anything that needs judgement waits for the doctor, at the top of their list.

  1. Answered

Kya kal clinic khula hai? Fees kitni hai?

Answered hours and fees from the clinic's own settings.

  2. Booked

I'd like to book for tomorrow evening.

Offered five real free times. Booked 5:25 PM.

  3. Voice note

    Voice note, 0:14

Transcribed, understood as a reschedule, moved to Thursday.

  4. Urgent

Chest pain since morning, spreading to my arm

Emergency advice sent at once. Doctor alerted to call.

  5. For the doctor

    Photo of a lab report

Saved to the patient's record for the doctor to review.

  6. Answered

    Reminder

Tomorrow's patients reminded, in their own language.

For the doctor

One screen. Only what needs you.

The dashboard puts emergencies first, then clinical questions, then reports. Each item shows what came in, what the assistant proposes, and why.

  • Take over any chat. Reply yourself and the assistant steps back.
  • Your rules, followed exactly. “Sees children from age 5” is answered the way you wrote it.
  • Visit notes from shorthand. Type “c/o sore throat 3d, BP 150/95” and get a clean note.
  • Prescriptions that check allergies. A penicillin allergy blocks amoxicillin until you change it.
  • A summary for the patient after the visit, in their language, sent when you approve it.

Safety

The lines it never crosses.

These are real replies from our test runs. Safety checks run before any other reply is written.

Medical questions go to the doctor

Symptoms, medicines, doses and reports are never answered by the assistant.

Emergencies come first

Safety advice goes out at once and the doctor gets an urgent alert, before anything else happens.

It can't be talked out of it

Messages pretending to be instructions are treated as patient text, and the rules stay the same.

Getting started

Three steps to go live.

  1. 1

    Tell it about your practice

A guided setup asks for your hours, fees, locations and the rules patients should know.

  2. 2

    Connect your WhatsApp number

Your clinic's own WhatsApp Business number links through DocAssist, our app on Meta's official platform.

  3. 3

    Patients message as usual

Nothing new for them to install. They write to the clinic the way they always have.

Questions

Before you ask.

Something else? Write to hello@almentronic.com.

Does it give medical advice?

No. Anything about symptoms, medicines, doses or reports goes to the doctor, and the patient is told the doctor will reply. Emergencies get safety advice and an urgent alert.

Which languages does it speak?

English, Urdu and Roman Urdu. It replies in the language the patient writes in, and it understands voice notes.

Do we keep our WhatsApp number?

Yes. The clinic connects its own WhatsApp Business number through DocAssist, our app on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform.

Can the doctor take over a chat?

Any time. When the doctor replies to a patient, the assistant steps back from that conversation.

Where is patient data kept?

Each clinic's data is kept separately, encrypted in backups, and used only to serve that clinic.

What does it cost?

A simple monthly plan per clinic. Get in touch and we will set up a pilot for your practice.

Patient messages are used only to serve that clinic. See our Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions.

See it answer your own patients' questions.

We set it up with your hours and fees, and you try it on a test number before any patient sees it.
