Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Almentronic LLC ("Almentronic," "we," "us," or "our") is a privacy-first technology company based in New Mexico, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and services (the "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Our guiding principle is simple: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate the Services:

  • Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide so we can respond to you.
  • Technical and log data. Like most websites, our servers may record limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request. We use this to keep the site secure and to limit abuse (for example, rate-limiting the contact form).
  • Cookies. Our public site uses essential cookies only. A session cookie is used to secure form submissions and, for administrators, to maintain a signed-in session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Analytics (optional). If enabled, we may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate, anonymized usage. Where used, it is configured to minimize the data collected.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the Services you request;
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not run a surveillance economy on your data. Wherever it is practical, we design our products to keep data on your device.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who help us run the Services (such as hosting or analytics providers), under obligations to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
  • Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Almentronic, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4a. Assistall and WhatsApp Business Platform Data

Assistall is our WhatsApp assistant for doctors' clinics. A clinic connects its own WhatsApp Business account through our Meta app, DocAssist, and Assistall replies to that clinic's patients on its behalf. We process this data for the clinic.

  • What we receive. Messages and attachments patients send to the clinic, their WhatsApp number and profile name, and message delivery statuses.
  • How we use it. Only to provide the service to that clinic: replying to patients, managing appointments and showing conversations to the clinic's staff.
  • AI processing. To understand and answer messages, transcribe voice notes and read documents, message content is processed by cloud AI service providers acting for us under confidentiality terms. They may not use it for their own purposes or to train their models.
  • What we never do. Sell it, use it for advertising, share it with other businesses for their own purposes, or use it to train AI models.
  • Retention and deletion. Kept while the clinic uses the service or until a deletion request. Patients can reply STOP to stop messages and can request deletion as described in our data deletion instructions.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact-form messages are retained until we no longer need them to assist you, after which they are deleted.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of certain U.S. states and other jurisdictions may have additional rights. To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@almentronic.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Visitors

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed there. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here, so please review this page periodically.
