Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Almentronic LLC to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data received through WhatsApp for Assistall (our Meta app: DocAssist).

1. Email hello@almentronic.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the WhatsApp number you used and, if it applies, the name of the clinic.
3. We verify the request and delete your data within 30 days, then confirm by email.

To stop receiving WhatsApp messages at any time, reply STOP. Where the law requires a record to be kept, we will tell you what is kept and why.
